Mohammad is the principal attorney and managing member of the Billah Law Firm PLLC. He has significant experience working with private equity firms, early stage entities, franchises, technology and media companies.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from New York University and a Juris Doctorate degree from St. John’s University. He has worked for the New York State Attorney General's Office and at a major New York City litigation law firm before founding the Billah Law Firm, PLLC in 2003.
